Reza Gkolami, is a writer and human rights defender. Born in Kabul, Afganistan, in a period of war zone against Taliban regime, he was forced to immigrate to Pakistan, in the age of 10, without his family. At that period of time, he worked as a tailor and finished secondary education. In the coming years he returned to his homeland and after that he passed from Turkey to Greece. From his studies at Hellenic Open University till his role as the President of the Afghan Community in Greece, he tried to fulfil his goal for integration of the Afghan refugees in the Greek community. Today he makes his own dream come true, through his work as a writer!
