Ms. Pooja Bedi is a prominent TV, Film, Media and entertainment personality. Her prolific career spans popular films like Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, award winning advt campaigns like Kamasutra, multiple reality shows, an award winning talk show “Just Pooja”, a multiple award winning relationship column, “The Heart Chakra” in India’s leading newspaper, The Times of India and in addition ,she conducts “Happy Soul” workshops which amalgamate science and spirituality and galvanise you to be the best version of yourself.
Her empowerment workshops are a blend of her study in the fields of theosophy, metaphysics, energy modalities (Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Shamanism, Heal your life, Magnified healing), Behavioural resolutions, clinical and spiritual hypnosis, regression therapies, as well as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
She has been given an inspiration award by the Asian Reincarnation Theosophical Society, as well as been recognized by Meta-health International for her work in the healing sciences.
