Small Acts of Kindness
Sahiba Sangha |

• April 2019
Sahiba battled borderline personality disorder, depression , anxiety and bullies all at once. She went through a rough time for three long years. Every night Sahiba would go to sleep hoping to be dead by morning because she dreaded facing her bullies in school. She dreaded sitting alone at lunch and not being offered a single kind smile. She dreaded being around people. Mean people. Sahiba's mental health depleted day by day and she felt that she couldn’t do anything about it. She couldn’t stand up to her bullies, couldn’t stop self harming , couldn’t stop feeling worthless. Her whole journey of accepting herself started from being kind to herself. Through her talk Sahiba wants everyone to be kind to themselves and others. She wants to change the world by making people realize how small acts of kindness matter the most.
