What do Tom Hanks, Sheryl Sandberg, Maisie Williams and Maya Angelou have in common? They have all had that nagging doubt, the feeling that one day people will wake up and realise they are a fraud. The effects of such negative thought patterns can be very significant, even leading to mental health issues in some cases.
This talk will explore this phenomenon and suggest ways of helping to overcome these feelings.
