In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Abdellatif Senhaji Rhazi

Leadership is not a title – its an idea in motion
In a world driven by change, innovation is the true mark of leadership: The future doesn’t belong to those who follow—it belongs to those who create. Abdellatif, a TEDx speaker, explores why the leaders of tomorrow won’t just manage change; they’ll invent it. Leadership isn’t just about guiding others—it’s about envisioning what doesn’t yet exist and having the courage to create it. Through thought-provoking insights and real-world examples, Abdellatif highlights how innovation fuels progress, drives solutions, and empowers individuals to break boundaries. In this talk, he challenges us to rethink leadership, not as a title, but as the ability to transform ideas into impact—because the world needs creators, not just commanders.

Agata Lopatina

Success redefined: Beyond titles, trophies and grades
In her insightful TEDx talk, Agatha delves into the significance of victory in the human brain, questioning why winning holds such a central role across various domains like education, sports, and the arts. She challenges our traditional understanding of success, particularly within the education system, where academic achievements often define our sense of accomplishment. Agatha invites us to reconsider whether winning in school truly translates to winning in life, urging us to reflect on the deeper motivations behind our competitive drive. While she acknowledges the value of victory, she encourages a more holistic view of success—one that recognizes the importance of achievement while questioning its broader implications for personal fulfillment and growth.

Chloe Juhel

Neurodiversity - the two ends of a spectrum
Navigating high school as a gifted student is a paradox—balancing the expectations of brilliance with the hidden struggles that come with it. In this TEDx talk, Chloe, a Grade 12 student, shares how many of the traits that seemed to define her giftedness were actually ways of coping with challenges beneath the surface. By embracing her uniqueness while turning what some saw as a challenge into her greatest strength she discovered the power of positive psychology, mindset shifts, and self-acceptance. This talk delves into the psychology of winning—not just in academics, but in life. Through resilience, redefining success, and harnessing neurodiversity, Chloe proves how true achievement comes from embracing who you are.

Elizaveta Bersteneva

AI v/s Human imagination: Who’s really in control?
Elizaveta, a Grade 10 gymnast and dancer, isn’t threatened by AI in her field—but she’s mad at it. She watches as her peers rely on it more and think less, questioning whether AI is silently eroding cognitive skills. Does AI inhibit creativity, or is creativity too deeply rooted in the human mind to be replaced? While AI can mimic art, music, and even writing, can it truly innovate? In this passionate TEDx talk, Elizaveta challenges the growing dependence on AI, urging us to rethink its role in our lives before it dulls the very essence of human imagination.

Farah Tonat

The courage to belong: thriving through transitions
In today’s fast-moving, interconnected world, many struggle to find a sense of home amid constant change. Moving across countries isn’t just about changing locations—it’s about rediscovering yourself in unfamiliar places. In this TEDx talk, Farah shares her journey from dislocation to reintegration, navigating the confusion of alien cultures and the thrill of newfound belonging. Through moments of doubt and the fear of failure, she learns to put courage before fear, embracing change as a catalyst for growth. This is a story of resilience, adaptation, and purpose—how every transition can become a stepping stone to a stronger, more fearless self.

Nithya Indrakanti

Beyond trends: The ethics of individuality in fashion
Nithya, a passionate speaker, challenges the conformity of standardized fashion, arguing that it stifles imagination and compels herd behavior. In a world obsessed with trends, are we truly expressing ourselves, or just following what’s been dictated? She explores the tension between standing out and wearing what feels right, questioning whether the fashion industry has an ethical duty beyond production. Should brands ensure clothing reflects individual values, or is their role simply to sell? In this thought-provoking TEDx talk, Nithya dissects the sordidness of uniformity in fashion and urges us to reclaim creativity in how we present ourselves.

Sophia Zukernik

The Kindness Paradox: Why We Struggle to Choose the Simpler Path"
Sophia believes in the transformative power of kindness and advocates for the simple act of one person helping another. She recognizes that small gestures can create immense change, yet, in a world filled with division and conflict, she begins to question: Is kindness truly hard? Somethings around her suggests that it is almost impossible. In her TEDx talk, Sophia explores why humans often choose selfishness over kindness, even when it’s simpler and easier to be kind. She challenges us to examine the deeper reasons behind this choice and inspires us to make kindness not just a value, but a habit.

Yahn Viot

Nepotism: The Fine Line Between Legacy and Corruption
Yahn takes the TEDx stage to dissect a deep-rooted issue found in various places—nepotism and its link to corruption. While corruption derails development and fuels inequality, is nepotism inherently wrong? After all, favoring one’s own has been the way of the world for centuries. In this thought-provoking talk, Yahn explores if it is an inherent flaw in society, or does it serve a deeper purpose? This talk challenges our perceptions of nepotism, urging us to rethink whether favoring one’s own is truly a failing—or a necessity. Challenging conventional perspectives, he invites us to rethink governance, fairness, and the future of leadership in a world where connections often matter more than competence
