Awanish Pandey

Assistant Professor, Centre for Optics and Photonics Centre

Awanish Pandey is an Assistant Professor at the Optics and Photonics Centre (OPC) of IIT Delhi. His expertise lies in integrated photonics, where he focuses on manipulating properties of photons using nano-scale semiconductor structures. Prior to joining IIT Delhi, he served as a Senior Fellow at CERN in Switzerland, contributing to the design and development of high-speed optical communication links for the upcoming upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider. He also conducted his post-doctoral research at imec in Belgium, where he evaluated nano-photonic devices for various applications. Dr. Pandey earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, specializing in semiconductor photonic device fabrication.

Bipin Preet Singh

Bipin Preet Singh is the Managing Director, Co-Founder, and CEO of One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. He founded MobiKwik with a vision to transform the digital payments landscape in India. Bipin is a product enthusiast who loves good tech and smart engineers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and has 20+ years of experience in technology, payments, and financial services. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Bipin spent seven years as a Platform Architect at semiconductor companies such as Intel, Nvidia, and Freescale. Bipin has been recognized many times as one of India’s leading Tech founders. He was featured in the 2016 ‘Fortune 40 under 40’ list of Indian entrepreneurs. He was also featured in the ‘Economic Times 40 under 40’ list of India’s top Business Leaders in 2018.

Ishan Sharma

Ishan Sharma is an Educator with over 3M followers across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. His videos on upskilling, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing have gained more than 300 million views worldwide. He’s also the author of the Amazon bestseller Unlocking Unicorn Secret. Beyond his online presence, he also runs MarkitUp, a 25-person content marketing company based in Bengaluru, which has helped 40+ brands grow on social media. His professional experience includes collaborations with prominent companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, and more.

Kusum Saini

PhD. student at IIT Delhi

She is an entrepreneur and a PhD Scholar at IIT Delhi of the graduating batch of 2025, currently serving as the Batch of 1969 Innovation Fellow, establishing a startup, focused on developing bio-composites for civil infrastructure applications. She is recipient of Vishwakarma Award 2024 and DAAD Young Ambassador, and former visiting researcher at the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and the University of Dundee (UK). Her work integrates science, sustainability, and innovation, transforming agricultural waste into climate-positive materials for built environment. She has received many accolades, including ASEM DUO-India and DAAD fellowships, Best Poster, Three Minute Thesis Competition, International Travel Grants and Student Startup. With over 10 scientific publications on composites and natural fiber applications in civil engineering, she is associated with professional bodies such as the ACI Committees, ASCE, INAE, and the Global Indian Scientists and Technocrats Forum.

Oli Ikechi-D’ Amico

Partner, Ernst & Young Parthenon; and Founder of Fully Bossed

A globally recognised strategy, M&A, and execution advisor with a focus on Banking and Capital Markets transformation. Known for leading 50+ high-impact programmes across Europe, America and Asia, partnering with C-Suite executives to deliver $40M+ in revenue engagements and shape M&A and transformation deals worth over $18bn. Expertise spans corporate strategy (market entrance, brand strategy, leadership development), GenAI strategy, post-merger integration, and operating model redesign. Ideated and led the creation of 5 innovative and scalable solutions including methodologies and digital tools that automated M&A workflows, elevated team capabilities across continents and enhanced delivery quality across projects. Ten-time business award winner, for work in business, leadership and DEI. Featured in The Times, Financial Times, and S&P Global for industry insight, innovation, and leadership impact.

Prof. Subodh Sharma

Associate Professor

Dr. Subodh Sharma is an Assoc. Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Delhi and the inaugural recipient of the prestigious PK Gupta Chair Professorship in Privacy & Decentralization. He serves on the Special Interest Group on the Future of Internet, constituted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), GoI. From 2022 to 2024, he held the role of Assoc. Dean of Academics (Outreach and New Initiatives) at IITD. He has authored over 40 publications in leading conferences and journals spanning Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Formal Verification. His recent work explores large-scale public digital systems, including digital identity frameworks, payment infrastructures, electronic voting, and e-Governance platforms. He has contributed to critical analyses of Aadhaar and UPI, and has also written on these topics in national media. He is a recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award at IIT Delhi in 2022.

Vaibhav Gupta

Global Champion - IQC and Student at IIT Delhi

He holds the World Champion Title, Global Rank 1 of International Quant Championship 2023. It was in the Bahamas, teams from 130+ countries by WorldQuant in quantitative prediction algorithms, patterns and models for global financial markets. He also worked as a Summer Researcher in the WQ - Mumbai, and the rest served as a part-time Quantitative Research Consultant. In 2024, he is also co-founded the Official Artificial Intelligence Society of IIT Delhi. He would be part of the 2025 B.Tech graduating cohort from IIT Delhi. In the second year, he cofounded a healthcare deep-tech AI research venture based out of the United States. During this journey, he had 10+ patents filed in 3D Data Algorithms, and AI application in Healthcare precision. He served as the Overall Coordinator of the Office of Career Services, IIT Delhi.
