This Event is scheduled to inspire students about different ideas , to give them examples about how people overcame difficulties adapting themselves into real life, to face them with challenges they may encounter after school life. Also they experience to hear about some innovational ideas, personal experiences, life skills, technology as well.

Esmanur Dağlı

Esmanur Dağlı, a young and inspiring female leader, stands out with her achievements in entrepreneurship and recently in artificial intelligence. She is a Tedx Speaker, has established impact-oriented initiatives throughout her university life and has been selected for Türkiye's most prestigious programs as an Entrepreneurship Foundation Fellow and successfully completed them. She won first place in the Social Responsibility category at the ETI 'You Are Young, You Are Power' awards and was a finalist in the JCI Türkiye's Most Successful Youth Awards. Esmanur, who shares her knowledge and experience with her young peers by providing training in more than 150 institutions and organizations, inspires young people by exhibiting effective leadership and giving back culture. She continues to lead social change and encourage new generations with her impactful works.

Evren Göz

Evren Göz graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Communication, started his career at ANS Production. He started his sports media career in 2007 as a basketball reporter, worked as a Galatasaray reporter, editor, voice-over, editor and intelligence chief at the channel then continued his career as a Galatasaray reporter at NTV Spor in 2013. He worked as the General Press Coordinator and General Editor of GSTV at Galatasaray Club in 2018, then started working as a sports commentator and digital media manager at the club.He started his sports commentator at Haber Global, worked as the General Editor, commentator and consultant in the establishment and development processes of Vole, NutSpor, Markaj and Play Spor Plus YouTube channels, respectively. He has been a sports commentator on the Sports Digitale YouTube channel since September 2024, has been bringing his knowledge and opinions to football fans on the TRT Spor screen since 2020.

Kadir Ceran

He graduated from ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 2000 and from Gebze Technical University Department of Design Engineering in 2004. He received his PhD from ITU Department of Industrial Product Design in 2010. During his PhD education, he conducted research and studies on design management, multi-disciplinary product development processes, creative problem solving techniques, open innovation and user experience design (UXD) in autonomous vehicles. +25 years International (+20 countries) world giant Fortune 100&500 companies ,took part in global R&D, Technology, Innovation, Program Management and Digital Transformation Projects and led them. During this period, he worked in America, Europe and the Far East for approximately 3 years. He taught 17 different courses at the academy, primarily at ITU, as a part-time lecturer.As a strategist, consultant and trainer, he contributes to impact and output-oriented activities based on real experience with the aim of making a difference.

He is a technology entrepreneur who has been operating in various fields, especially in educational technologies, since 2016. Between 2016 and 2019, he provided gamified coding training to more than 450 thousand young people with the Scode initiative, of which he is a founding partner. While participating in numerous initiatives and acceleration programs abroad, he has also won awards such as “Turkey’s Best Startup”. The Üretken Academy, of which he is a founding partner, has been providing technology entrepreneurship and career-oriented support to more than 50 thousand young people in the technology sector since March 2020. With the Nextern brand, which was launched in 2025, a digital platform was announced that will enable young people from every corner of Turkey to have an online internship experience in the world’s best companies. He continues to support young people in the field of technology throughout Turkey at full speed.

Mehmet Kaya

Neuromarketing Consultant

Mehmet Kaya, who works as a neuromarketing consultant, is the founder of one of the few neuromarketing agencies in Turkey. He operates in the fields of marketing and brand strategy and also conducts neuromarketing research. In addition to assuming a leadership role in a global strategy company, he also serves as an instructor on various platforms. To date, he has participated as a speaker in many events, given lectures at universities and written articles in various publications. Kaya, who graduated from business administration, has an MBA degree and completed his second master's degree in neuromarketing. Throughout his career, he has had independent consulting projects as well as management experience in sectors such as investment and advertising.

Sinem Durusal

Sinem Durusal was born in Istanbul in 1984. She graduated from Haliç University Psychology Department in 2006 with a degree.She received her MA in Applied Psychology in 2008 and her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Dublin University in 2017. She worked at Nene Hatun Hospital between 2007-2011. She completed her Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sungur for 12 years and received world accreditation. She has conducted academic studies in many areas, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has been seeing cases in her own office in Istanbul since January 2008 and is also an associate professor at Haliç University English Psychology Department. She continues her studies in the fields of family therapy, adult and adolescent psychotherapy, schema therapy; institutional training and seminars. In 2018, she published his first book, "If You Are Ready, Here We Go", and her new book was published in 2024.
