What did you want to be when you grew up? A question that we have been asked many times from our parents, our friends and most importantly of ourselves. However, since we are now living longer, and the requirements of our jobs are changing more quickly, the answer to this question is becoming less important. Our beliefs about what it means to have a successful career in an era of longevity are being challenged.
